What response time do you guarantee within your SLA?

For critical issues we are committed to respond within 24 hours.

For other types of issues we are committed to respond within 7 days. Having said that, It usually takes between 24 to 48 hours to deliever an initial response to whatever use case you are having. We are working hard to provide you with the best support possible

How do I install the Paldi plugins?

To install, you will need to extract the plugins sent to you by email, into the plugins folder as explained on this Sisense documentation page.

Also, please make sure that the Paldi Components plugin is installed as it holds our code framework that serves all our plugins and therefore is a prerequisite to all our plugins.
