Ravid Paldi
Founder & CEO
Our CEO, Ravid Paldi, is a creative yet practical problem solver who loves data-driven solutions.
He stands with more than 15 years of experience in successfully developing and launching new products. Ravid started his career in a Fintech Startup before becoming VP or development at significant industries. Ravid was the first person to develop Plugins in Sisense and helped build their entire plugin network and implementation groundwork. Today He focuses on planning and executing solutions to any data-related problem a company could be facing.

Maayan Paldi
Our COO, Maayan, is an ex-Sisenser with a specialty in creative solutions. Maayan has over 15 years of experience in leading and implementing major BI projects. Over the past 10 years, she has focused on overseeing the implementation of Sisense's biggest clients.
With Paldi Solutions, she oversees operations and continues to guarantee our plugins’ quality and highest degree of compatibility with Sisense’s systems.
